Refund Policy

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.

Mantsho reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Once your parcel has been received, your refund will be automatically processed and issued within (+-) 5 working days depending on the initial pay method/bank.


Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt.

Feel free to opt for your own logistics/delivery company and ship out the package at your own expense.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed, it can take (+/-)10 - 15 working days to reach you (Please note that the actual shipping time may take longer than expected due to reasons such as invalid address(es), customs clearance procedures, or other causes related to international shipping).
